What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 21 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). Inamorata offers free returns and exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally Route Package Protection is non-returnable. Please include your original invoice with your return. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. 

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange a style for a different size or color, please log into our returns and exchange portal here.  We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges on domestic orders. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability at the time your return has been shipped back to us. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified. You also have an option to reserve your item(s) with instant exchanges by authorizing your card to have your item(s) sent immediately(the original item(s) need to be shipped back to us within seven(7) days). We don't offer exchanges on international orders.

How do I return my order?

To initiate your domestic return, please log into our return portal here.

When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label(domestic returns) to your email.  Please allow up to two weeks for you to receive your refund.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

We accept items on sale back for return or exchange. However, items marked as final sale or discounted more than 40%  are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is on final sale, it will be indicated on the product page. All items purchased during our warehouse sale are final sale - no exceptions. Additionally, all jewelry, scrunchies and Route package protection are non-returnable.

 

When can I expect my refund?

Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date our warehouse has received it. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price.

How do I return my international order?

Please initiate your international return hereIf you have any questions, please email support@inamoratawoman.com and one of our customer support agents will assist you. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  

How much does do international returns cost?

There is a return fee of approximately $15USD charged in the currency the order was purchased in. This fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

 

Can I exchange my international order?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for orders outside the U.S at this time.
